The aim of the project “S.A.KA.M.I.” is to apply the conclusions of previous research studies to a real cultivation of sea buckthorn, a product of high nutritional value, in order to restore the productive potential of the crop by applying an optimal business model of Precision Agriculture. The described model is expected to increase the quantity & quality of agricultural yield, using fewer inputs. At the same time, the produced quantities of sea buckthorn will be further utilized for the development and production of an innovative product (sea buckthorn cereal bar) of high nutritional value.
