Farming and production

Hippocrates Farm

A multifunctional farm combining organic cultivation, precision agriculture and sustainable processing.

From Mediterranean crops to innovative functional foods

Located in the protected Natura 2000 area of Meteora, Hippocrates Farm cultivates superfoods and aromatic plants while applying smart-farming, environmental and circular-economy practices.

Mild processing techniques, including low-temperature osmotic dehydration, aim to preserve the structure, taste and nutritional properties of the farm’s products.
