Objectives
CREW’s main objective is to create Safe Workplaces for Youth through Youth Work. It focuses on youth workers’ competences building to empower youth to be able to identify and fight for these aspects that make a workplace a safe place for them to thrive and flourish. It seeks to determine the elements of a safe workplace for youth, examine different forms of work-related unhealthy behaviours (mobbing & bullying), and develop tools to boost young people’s emotional intelligence and resilience.

Activities
In 24 months, 6 partners from 3 EU countries (CY, GR, ES) will produce innovative Youth Work Approaches to create safe Workplaces for Youth through Youth Work, develop tools that Youth Workers can use to boost the emotional intelligence and resilience of youth to prevent and combat unhealthy behaviours, build an Open Source E-learning Suite with digital tools, deliver an Intensive Course Plan to Train the Trainers, and a Blended Learning Activity for empowering the youth in the workplace.
